Biography
From economics into technology, and from delivery into institution building.
An economist by professional background and an IT consultant by trade, Demola built his career in software testing and systems quality assurance, working predominantly on complex transformation programmes and technology platforms.
Over time, the work widened. Testing leadership became team leadership. Team leadership became training and mentoring. Training became Testing Academy. Professional community became association leadership. Commercial practice became a wider commitment to institutions capable of carrying quality beyond one programme or one individual.
Today, his public platform brings those strands together: programme test assurance, Testing Academy, ANST, Cereark, writing, speaking and the quieter work of helping people grow.
